Finding Cambridge theory test centreÂ
If you’re driving to the theory test centre as part of a lesson or accompanied by a friend or relative, the nearest car park can be found at the Grand Arcade on Corn Exchange Street. This car park has 577 spaces and charges £4.60 for up to 2 hours parking.
If you’re travelling by train, the nearest station is Cambridge train station, which is approximately 1-mile (25-minute walk) from the test centre. On foot, exit the train station and proceed along Station Road until you reach Hills Road (A1307). Continue until you reach the A603 (Lensfield Road) and cross over onto Regent Street (A1307).
Proceed along Regent Street (A1307), which becomes St Andrew’s Street. At the top of St Andrew’s Street, turn right and you will find Cambridge Theory Test Centre on your right. Several bus routes will also drop you in close proximity to the facility. You can catch the Citi 3 or 8 buses, which stop at stand S2 or the number 17 bus, which stops at stand S3.
