How to find Greenock Theory Test Centre
The Greenock driving theory test centre is a little east of the town centre.
Although the building is very close to the railway lines, the station itself is about a ten minute walk away. You could either get the train to Greenock Central, or Cartsdyke station is also close, although a little harder to walk between this station and the test centre.
From Greenock Central, head down Regent Street, then cross the roundabout onto Carnock Street. Follow the road round a few twists and turns and you will find Victory Court on the left. The building has an interesting stripy pattern along the bottom of the walls.
Bus 540 stops on this road just a little further down, with services every half an hour. If you're arriving by car, you may be able to find parking nearby, or you could park at Morrisons, which is halfway between the centre and the station.

To book a DVSA theory test for Greenock please have ready:
* A valid UK or NI driving licence number.
* A valid debit or credit card for payment.
The person taking the test must:
arrive 15 minutes before the test start time
bring their driving licence
(Old-style, paper licence-holders should also bring a valid passport)
Your test will be cancelled and you may not get your money back if you do not take the right things with you
Wearing a face covering at your test
You must wear a face covering at your test. If you do not wear one, you must have a good reason, for example:

wearing it would cause you severe distress
Wearing glasses does not count as a good reason.
If you cannot wear a face covering
After you’ve booked your test online, you must email DVSA to say why you cannot wear a face covering. If you do not, and you come to your test without a face covering, your test will be cancelled.
Include ‘face covering exemption’ in the subject line. Add your name, driving licence number and theory test details to the email.
You may not be able to take your test at the test centre of your choice.
