Sutton Coldfield THEORY TEST CENTRE REVIEW

Sutton Coldfield Theory Test Center is located near Birmingham City Centre. There are plenty of parking spaces available nearby. Staff are friendly and helpful. The center is clean and well maintained.

Staff needs to learn how to smile. This place is horrible, the staff are not friendly or welcoming. They should be more polite.

There is no parking anywhere near this place. You need to park your car somewhere else and walk to the entrance. When you get inside, a man asks you to take off your shoes. Then he makes you stand in front of him while he looks at your eyes. He then tells you to put your hands on the wall and turn around. He then asks you to bend over and touch your toes. After you finish, he says you can go back into the room.
