Parking: Park in the bays dedicated for car candidate use only and report to the dedicated waiting area
Toilets: Male, female and disabled toilets are available
Other notes: Arrive no more than 10 minutes before your appointment time Follow the on-site traffic access & egress system Access to the site is only available to those candidates attending for test; you won't be allowed to use this site for practice ADIs must key in their registration plate details at reception to avoid receiving a parking ticket
Cancelling or rescheduling an online theory test booking
If you need to cancel or reschedule your test appointment, let us know and we’ll contact Pearson Professional on your behalf. Please note, you must allow a minimum of 3 working days’ notice to cancel or reschedule your theory test.
You will also need to have your Great Britain or Northern Ireland provisional driving licence number to hand.
Once your theory test is booked
Once we book a DVSA test on your behalf, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your test booking – including date and time. Keep this safe. It is recommended that you print it off and take it to the test centre.
