The driving <\/strong><\/i>theory test<\/i><\/strong> is not just restricted to the UK you know, it spans worldwide. In some countries it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s even more gruelling and harder to pass. In order to pass the theory test<\/strong> in South Korea candidates are expected to achieve a score of 60%. However, Cha only succeeded in reaching between 30% and 50% in 949 attempts.<\/span><\/p>\n

After failing the theory exam in February 2014, which was her 771<\/span>st<\/sup><\/span> attempt, traffic police officer, Jung-Seok had this to say: \u00e2\u20ac\u0153I feel so sorry for Cha every time she fails, I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve never known anyone to struggle with the theory test<\/strong> as much as this.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d\u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

He added: \u00e2\u20ac\u0153When she passes, I’ll make a commemorative tablet myself and give it to her.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/span><\/p>\n
