With 99 percent of Britain in Tier 2 and Tier 3 of the COVID-19 restriction system, it means tough measures in socialising and restrictions on pubs and restaurants. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

While the government has outlined rules for most activities, such as going to the cinema or attending sports events, there has been no mention of driving tests<\/strong><\/a> or lessons in any official releases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Despite the lack of information, driving schools are taking lesson bookings ahead of the month-long restrictions being lifted. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A statement issued by one of the UK\u2019s biggest driving schools, RED, said: \u201cWe will be resuming all driving lessons and in-vehicle training throughout the whole of England from Wednesday 2 December.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A spokesperson for the DVSA said: \u201cDiscussions are continuing around what the new tier system means for testing and training and DVSA will issue more information when it\u2019s available.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
