\n\tFailing the driving theory test is immensely frustrating, and costly, especially if you’re a student at school, college or university or a low-income earner. We recognise that learning to drive is expensive, which is why when you book a theory test with us<\/strong><\/a>, you’re covered by our free driving theory test retake guarantee.<\/p>\n \n\tHowever, there are conditions! You’re entitled to up to three free retests,<\/strong> provided you meet the following criteria.<\/p>\n \n\tFree Driving Theory Test Eligibility Criteria<\/strong><\/p>\n \n\t1) Your original theory test <\/strong>must have been booked via the Book Theory Test Today site.<\/p>\n \n\t2) You must provide us with an original <\/strong>copy of your theory test failure sheet.<\/p>\n \n\t3) You must have scored a minimum of 38 out of 50 on the multiple choice part<\/strong> of the test to be eligible for a free driving theory test.<\/p>\n \n\t4) You must sit the exam to be eligible for a free driving theory test – you do not qualify for a free resit if<\/strong>:<\/p>\n \n\t* You’re late to your theory test appointment and refused entry<\/p>\n \n\t* You turn up to your test appointment with the wrong documentation and you’re refused entry<\/p>\n \n\t* You’re ill and cannot attend the exam<\/p>\n \n\t* You’re removed from the exam on suspicion of cheating or any other reason you’re escorted from the test<\/p>\n \n\tThe free driving theory test scheme also applies to hazard perception failure. If you pass the multiple choice section, but fail the hazard perception part, you are entitled to a free resit. There’s no minimum score requirement if you fail the hazard perception test. Provided that you meet the eligibility criteria, we will book a free theory test<\/strong><\/a> on your behalf for the exam type you took, including car and motorcycle exams.<\/p>\n
