\n\tYou will no doubt be nervous enough when taking the driving theory test, but what if forces beyond your control are at work to scupper your chances of passing. Computer glitches, fire alarms and more are just some of the things that can disrupt your theory test, causing you to lose your focus and ultimately, fail your exam.<\/p>\n
\n\tIf an incident occurs that you feel contributed to you failing your theory test, you can appeal. Here’s how…<\/p>\n
\n\tYou can complain to the DVSA by email phone or post and you will get a response within 10 days. To make an official complaint, you must include:<\/p>\n
\n\t* The type of theory test you took (i.e. car, motorcycle, bus etc…)<\/p>\n
\n\t* The date, time and the theory test centre <\/strong><\/a>at which your exam took place<\/p>\n \n\t* Details of what your complaint is<\/p>\n \n\t* What you want the outcome of your compliant to be<\/p>\n \n\tTheory Test Appeals Process<\/strong><\/p>\n \n\tThe theory test appeals process has multiple levels.
