A survey done by Co-operative Insurance found that a number of new drivers feared facing the roads.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">James Hillon of Co-operative Insurance has a theory as to why young drivers are experiencing the road ready jitters: \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Today\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s newly-qualified motorists are facing busier road conditions than any other generation.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Have you recently donned your \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcP\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 plates? Is Mr Hillon correct in thinking that busier roads are the culprit for young driver anxiety? Of course, it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s vital for road safety that anyone passing their driving test, irrespective of their age, is confident and fully prepared to handle driving on the roads unsupervised.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Are busier roads really the problem for young drivers?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">However, it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s difficult to agree with Hillon\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s point of view, the road ready jitters are probably more to do with what\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s expected during the driving test rather than busier roads. Hence the reason that the <a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.booktheorytesttoday.com\/practical_new\/page1.php?page=practical\"><strong>UK driving test<\/strong><\/a> has undergone a revamp with new elements to be added from 4 December, 2017.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">One of the most common fears for new, young drivers is motorway driving, which doesn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t feature in the current practical test.
