Here\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s how\u00e2\u20ac\u00a6<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><!--more--><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Claiming expenses if you had a driving test cancelled<em> \u00c2\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Firstly, let\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s clarify when you can make a claim. It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s possible to claim out-of-pocket expenses should the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) cancel your <strong><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.booktheorytesttoday.com\/?page=book&amp;skip=true\">driving theory test<\/a><\/strong> or practical exam at short notice. \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcShort notice\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 is deemed to be less than three clear working days, while Sundays and public holidays do not qualify as working days.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If you had a driving test cancelled on the 19 or 20 November 2015 after turning up for your test, you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re eligible to make a claim. For example, you were ill<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">problems with your vehicle<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>What can I claim for?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">If you had a test cancelled at short notice, whether that was your theory test or <strong><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.booktheorytesttoday.com\/book-practical-test\">DVSA practical test<\/a><\/strong>, you can claim for loss of any standard pay or earnings lost as a result of having to take unpaid leave.
