This agreement was reached with the trade unions and was inclusive of transitional payments that came to an end on 1 November 2015.\u00e2\u20ac\u009d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00e2\u20ac\u0153Recently, operational staff were offered numerous flexible working options that would enable us [the DVSA] to provide our customers with a more flexible and convenient service. It\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s a disappointment that the trade unions are now in opposition to certain criteria outlined in the contract and the more flexible working options.
