The pedestrian\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s outfit blended in with the zebra crossing \u00e2\u20ac\u201c <\/strong>During their driving test a candidate lightly struck a pedestrian with the vehicle\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s bumper on a zebra crossing after edging too far forward while the person crossed. It all happened before the instructor could stop the learner.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The learner\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s excuse for the incident was priceless, saying that it wasn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t their fault \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 \u00c2\u00a0 because the pedestrian\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s outfit blended in with the zebra crossing.<\/span><\/p>\n

Did I turn left or right? <\/strong>\u00e2\u20ac\u201c After turning left when being told to turn right on two occasions, one learner driver decided to lie to the examiner, claiming to have dyscalculia \u00e2\u20ac\u201c a condition that affects one\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s ability to work with numbers \u00e2\u20ac\u201c which affected the driver\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s ability to distinguish between left and right. \u00c2\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. A sexy motorcyclist distracted me \u00e2\u20ac\u201c <\/strong>Yes, one female learner driver got caught up ogling an attractive male motorcyclist to the extent that she unwittingly began to drive towards him. Her exam invigilator had to perform an emergency stop and she made matters worse by blaming her actions on her bad eyesight.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

Waiting a while \u00e2\u20ac\u201c <\/strong>For seven minutes a learner driver waited behind a \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcqueue\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 of traffic \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcwaiting for a set of traffic lights to change.\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 After seven minutes elapsed the learner\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s exam invigilator kindly requested that he drive around the parked cars!<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          1. When in France \u00e2\u20ac\u201c <\/strong>Having driven out of the test centre on the wrong side of the road, albeit a narrow road, the learner\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s excuse for their actions was a recent trip to France.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Having driven on the right hand side for a few weeks, the learner driver said that they\u00e2\u20ac\u2122d got so immersed in French culture that they had forgotten which side of the road to drive on in the UK. Not handy when you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re taking your test in the UK.<\/span><\/p>\n
